We are furniture makers, not resellers. L-shape sofas, hydraulic sofa-cum-beds, storage beds, wardrobes and modular kitchens — cut, framed, upholstered and finished in our Topsia workshop, in the size and fabric you choose.
Order one sofa or furnish the whole flat. Because we build it ourselves, the wardrobe matches the bed and the sofa fits the wall it was measured for.
Left or right chaise, 4 to 8 seats, built to your wall length.
Pulls out to a full bed. Storage box under the chaise.
Lifts on gas struts. Holds a full season of bedding underneath.
Floor to ceiling, with dresser, mirror and internal lighting.
L, U or parallel. Soft-close hardware and a tall unit if you need one.
Hand-buttoned backs and brass studs, in the classic shape.
Channel-tufted backs in deep velvet, for a room that needs one.
3+1+1 sets, armchairs and ottomans that match the main piece.
Our most-asked-for piece. The seat pulls forward, the back drops flat, and a three-seater becomes a bed wide enough for two — without moving a single thing out of the room.

Frames are cut, sprung, foamed and upholstered under one roof in Topsia. Nothing is bought finished and relabelled, so if something needs changing mid-build, we change it.
Send us the wall length, or we come and measure. We check the lift, the stair turn and the doorway before we build, so the sofa actually gets into the room.
Velvet, suede, chenille or leatherette, in any shade we can source. See and feel the swatches in the shop before anything is cut.
Our own team brings it, takes it up, fits it and clears the packing. Wardrobes and kitchens are installed on site, not dropped at your door.

Most pieces leave the workshop in two to three weeks. Larger fit-outs take longer and we will tell you the date before you pay anything.

Frame, springs, foam and upholstery, in our own workshop. We send you progress photos if you ask.
